We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest reservations, inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge, and other departments to meet guest requirements.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to guest enquiries promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and hotel reservation system knowledge.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Server to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide attentive and professional service while ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
- Provide information about menu items, daily specials, and beverage options.
